The project centered on asphalt repair for a parking lot that had experienced years of deterioration tied to water drainage issues. According to the project page, previous repair attempts using temporary materials had not resolved the problem, allowing moisture to continue entering the pavement and worsening visible cracking. The property owner sought a longer-term approach that could address the most critical areas while keeping the retail location accessible for tenants and customers.

Asphalt Repair Addressed Severe Cracking and Water Intrusion
EverLine evaluated extensive alligator cracking across the lot and worked with the client to review repair options. Mastic crackfilling was selected to reinforce damaged areas, seal out moisture, and help prevent further deterioration.
The completed work included approximately 1,700 square feet of alligator repair and asphalt remediation, along with more than 800 linear feet of mastic crackfilling. The project also included infrared pothole repairs, sealcoating, parking lot striping, speed bump installation, and sweeping services.
The scope was organized around the property’s most urgent pavement needs while remaining within budget. For a retail property, that approach helped focus resources on areas affecting daily site use, traffic organization, and pavement protection.
Retail Property Remained Operational During Coordinated Work
The project required months of pre-sale planning, site reviews, and coordination across multiple properties under a shared budget. Throughout the process, EverLine coordinated the work before, during, and after each phase to keep the Boise retail property operational.
Once repairs, sealcoating, and striping were complete, the lot had clearer pavement markings, improved traffic flow, and a sealed surface intended to help protect against wear and moisture. The work also supported the owner’s goal of maintaining a parking lot that was safe, functional, and visually consistent with the rest of the retail site.
The project page states that the owner contacted EverLine after a referral from a property manager. The decision to proceed was also connected to the owner’s interest in maintaining the property and addressing visible pavement issues with a longer-term maintenance plan.
